ABOUT INVESTMENT PROPERTY
The prestigious Arabella Golf Estate is situated on the opposite bank of the lagoon, as is the Benguela Cove Wine Estate (still under construction). The proximity to these two upmarket developments is already increasing the value of property in Fisherhaven, and no doubt when Benguela Cove is completed in the next few months we will see a good increase in property value and sales in the area. This is the best time to obtain property in Fisherhaven before the prices sky-rocket!
