On a nostalgic note, last month was exactly 25 years since I concluded my first transaction in Fisherhaven : a vacant stand on Riverside Drive was sold for the grand price of R5,500! The same property was sold by myself last year for R940,000. Besides providing a service in all property-related matters, I am also very interested in the environment and local community.
