Fisherhaven Update

Many properties are overpriced and it is unlikely that they will receive any written offers. There are a few buyers around, but they are discerning and are normally well informed. Properties in good positions and priced correctly might find a buyer in this present market. For advice and a realistic valuation, without any obligation, please call me.

On a nostalgic note, last month was exactly 25 years since I concluded my first transaction in Fisherhaven : a vacant stand on Riverside Drive was sold for the grand price of R5,500! The same property was sold by myself last year for R940,000. Besides providing a service in all property-related matters, I am also very interested in the environment and local community. I serve on the Fisherhaven Ratepayers Association (FRA) as a committee member and believe very strongly in our ideals. If you are not a member, I urge you to join immediately. I enclose, with the kind permission of the FRA executive, the last 2 newsletters, as well as an invitation to our next general meeting to be held on 5 July 2008. Please diarise this and find out what we do in Fisherhaven, some important issues affecting all property owners will be discussed.

By the way, have you ever wondered why our main road is called “China Marais Drive“, want to read about the Bot River Estuary or the local Kleinmond wild horses? Then follow these links and find out yourself. If I could be of assistance in any matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. I shall be very happy to assist.
Kind regards
